SignaLink by Tigertronics

Call Tigertronics Tech Support at 541-862-2639 and they will give your a return authorization which becomes part of the mailing address (see example below).

Tech Support is only open for phone calls Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4 PM to 8 PM Pacific Time and only work from 1 PM to 5 PM Pacific Time on those days.  (Pacific Time is -3 Hours from Eastern Time)

Send the unit with all of your contact information to Tigertronics and they will evaluate the unit and call you with cost of repair.  They will replace components if possible or they will replace the whole board.  The cost to replace the whole board is $49.95 which is the maximum costs.
